C'est mercredi, le cinq mars

LAISSEZ LES BONS TEMPS ROULEZ!
Let the good times roll!

Trivia: Yesterday was Mardi Gras! Mardi Gras marks the day before Ash Wednesday (today), the Catholic holiday that begins the season of Lent (40 days before Easter.) We know that MARDI GRAS in French means "Fat Tuesday." In many countries Mardi Gras also marks the beginning of " CARNEVAL." VAL in Latin = to go/say farewell. What are you saying "Goodbye" to during Lent, that is a root word in CARNEVAL?
