- Click OK to download the "Unity" Player. Click "Run."
- Go to Design Studio after the options load
- Click DESIGN STUDIO
- WAIT FOR PAGE TO LOAD! May be a few minutes!
- Today: Begin by choosing your Client (s), Setting, and then Plan of house (or layout.)
- You can then choose your exterior materials and your roof.

Creating a brochure using Microsoft Publisher

You may select any 3 fold brochure style you like in a range of colors and fonts!
You must change the information and pictures using your writing as well as clip-art and photos from sources recommended by Mrs. Gura eg, Wikimedia Commons.
Your brochure must include:
- At least 3 visuals (pictures) representing your house and/or your Real Estate company using Clip-Art and/or other approved sources.
- All pertinent information that will advertise your home
- Name of business
- Address of house
- Price of house
- Address of business
- Phone and Fax # of business
- Color of house
- # of rooms in house
- Location of house
- What rooms are in the house
- A physical description of house (big, small, modern, beautiful etc)
- Furniture/appliances that come with the house
- Colors of rooms/floors etc
- Talk about any other features : pool, hot tub, landscaping etc
