The Thinker's artist would beAuguste Rodin. He was a popular-and still is-artist of the 1900s and late 1800s. He made other sculptures such as, "St. John the Babtist Preaching", "The Gates Of Hell","The Burghers of Calais","Monument to Balzac", and of course, "The Thinker".
He also married his wife after they dated for 53 years, and then they both died the same year.

The Thinker (French: Le Penseur) is a bronze and marble sculpture by Auguste Rodin held in the Musée Rodin in Paris. It depicts a man in sober meditation battling with a powerful internal struggle. It is often used to represent philosophy.
